FLUID SAMPLING

We offer an oil sampling service in partnership with one of the world's leading lubricant testing companies. The objective is to confirm the condition of the equipment you are buying or selling in order to know the internal condition of the main components.

An oil analysis provides you with additional information on the non-visible parts of the machine, such as the engine, gearbox, gearboxes, compressors, hydraulic systems etc.

An effective lubricating oil check can support a preventive maintenance programme, minimising the risk of damage to expensive systems and avoiding costly downtime.

It can confirm poor mechanics that require overhaul or repair.

In addition to the technical expertise and maintenance follow-up, you can ensure that you buy or sell equipment with fewer unpleasant surprises.

This "Fluid Collection" service can be combined with the "Technical Guarantee" service and thus offer you the best coverage at the best price.

Oil sampling

Three samples are taken from the machine as required, the samples are sent to the laboratory and within 48 hours of receiving the samples, we obtain the results with a simple and effective reading on the state of health of the organs concerned.

1/ Samples

Three vials with individual syringes are provided to take samples with identification.

3/ Analysis

The laboratory subjects the fluids to precise temperatures and favourable pressure in order to extract the components that will allow the level of wear of the circuit to be determined.

2/ Shipment to the laboratory

The samples are shipped in special packaging and sent to the laboratory.

4/ Results within 48 hours

Once the results are obtained, they are sent by email to Agriconfor Connect and to the seller or buyer.

Some information to remember!

These are materials for professionals, often solicited and tested by strong mechanical constraints. This equipment is therefore likely to be subject to significant risks of wear and premature breakage.

Regardless of the brand, the risks of breakdown are there.

Preventive maintenance is one of the winning solutions to limit costly breakdowns and machine stoppages.
